The LMPort connects RS232, 422, and 485 serial devices to an Ethernet LAN/WAN providing a reliable communication via a virtual com port on the host pc. The LMPort can be configured as a TCP Client / Server or UDP. The LMPort operates in Direct IP Mode, Virtual COM Mode and Paired Mode. For added security in Server Mode Individual Client Sessions are supported and management access is password protected.
