With the growth in the EPOS market there are ideal applications that can all benefit from Bluetooth.

Bar code readers, receipt printers, card payment system and the EPOS terminal can now all be Bluetooth connected providing flexibility not only in the data collection of what is happening but provides mobility of the systems without the need to rewire throughout the building.

Bluetooth allows various barcode readers to be used in the same data collection allowing the flexibility of large enterprises to small outlets. Data from the barcode can be recorded on the company server and/or sent directly to the Bluetooth enabled printer.

The security with using Bluetooth V2.1+EDR allows secure card readers to be part of the network.
