Adapter will not go into pairing mode. |
| Answer: |
Make sure the top slide switch is pushed toward the DB9 connector, if it already is then make sure the power light is ON. Then run the LM software and make sure you can
get adapter information. If you are still having trouble then try re-setting the adapter by depressing the
reset button at the centre of the device. |

Which software is the correct version to use? |

Software does not read the adapter? |
| Answer: |
LM have two software versions that will be either or you can try both or look at the sticker
on the back and read the firmware version. Then down load the correct software for this version, please refer to the downloads section to the top-right of this page. |
